Teeth injury claims

There are numerous types of accident which can result in the unfortunate victim sustaining damage to the teeth eg. road accident, work accident, fall, sports accident, assault, foreign bodies in food, dental negligence.

We are all well aware of the degree of pain that can be involved with teeth. Furthermore with teeth which are cracked or broken as in an accident there is the risk of them becoming infected.

If you have suffered damage to your teeth you may be entitled to compensation if you can prove that the injury was caused by someone else's negligence. This could be a negligent driver, your employer or in the case of a fall the owner or party responsible for the premises where the accident occurred.

Claims for injury caused by food would need to be pursued against the retailer or manufacturer involved depending on the circumstances of the particular case.

Injury or damage occurring during dental treatment would be the subject of a professional negligence claim against the dental practicioner who carried out the treatment.

If the injury was the result of an assault you may be able to claim compensation from the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority.

If you have suffered an accident resulting in damage to your teeth in the last three years you may be entitled to compensation. To obtain a Free Legal Assessment of your case please complete the Application Form. We will handle your claim on a No Win No Fee basis at no cost to you.

Testimonials
Trip on highway
Mrs J tripped on a pothole whilst crossing a service road running parallel to a main road, fracturing her shoulder, wrist and ankle. The Council initially denied full liability for her accident alleging Mrs J was partly to blame for not avoiding the pothole. Cooks arranged a Conference with a barrister and on his advice rejected this. After intense negotiations Mrs J was awarded £17,000.00 she said:
"I had help from the start regarding my claim and found the advice very reassuring. I have never had to make a claim before so was apprehensive but you did a lot to alleviate my worries. Thanks again for all your help and support."
