Hip injury claim

If you have suffered a hip injury as an innocent victim in the last three years you may be legally entitled to compensation for pain and suffering and other losses resulting from the accident.

Provided that the accident was caused by the negligence of another party you should have valid claim. Examples of circumstances where a hip injury may be caused are :-

  1. Slips, Trips, Falls - on roads, footpaths etc, on Third Party premises such as shops or restaurants.
  2. At Work - slips trips or falls, construction site accidents.
  3. Sporting Accidents - whilst some injuries are accepted as inevitable in sport there are situations where a legimate claim for injury damages would exist eg. reckless or malicious conduct by an opponent, defects in playing surfaces.
  4. Road Accidents - including injuries suffered whilst entering or leaving a vehicle.
A very serious hip injury could in the worst situation lead to leg amputation. This would be rare but, because the hip plays such a vital part in lower limb movement, even a less serious injury can result in restricted mobility affecting many aspects of normal activity.

There is also the possibility of other areas being affected by the hip injury - eg. back problems.

An injury preventing the victim from working can result in loss of income and if the effects are permanent this may restrict the type of work which can be done possibly resulting in reduced earning power.

If you have suffered a hip injury and would like to know whether you may be entitled to compensation please complete the Application Form and we will provide a Free Legal Assessment of your claim. We will handle your claim on a No Win No Fee basis at no cost to you.
