Paramedics therefore has to work on different day or night shifts that may keep on changing according to the requirements and have to attend to patients in all types of situations and weather.  Paramedics are also exposed various kinds of bacteria, viruses and communicable diseases while attending patients, so they need to be very careful about their protection so as to ensure their own well-being as well. Hence, paramedics help a lot during car accidents, for which they have to put even their own life at stake to help people.
