Animal Related Injuries

These requirements includes that a dog should be muzzled in any public place, the owner should register the dog in the Index of Exempted Breeds, should get their dogs insured and micro-chipped.

According to Dangerous Dog Act, any harm caused by these breed of dogs will result in compensation that the owner has to pay. Therefore, the owner of the dog will pay the fee of your lawyer, your medical expenses and all the other losses that you have incurred from the accident.
