COSTS AT REASONABLE PRICES
It is difficult for us to tell you exactly how much we will charge you for dealing with obtaining a Grant of Probate or Letters of Administration but we can tell you that our charges start from £250 + VAT.
A Grant of Probate is where the person who has died has left a Will, Letters of Administration is where the person who has died has not left a Will.
Sometimes the Estate has many beneficiaries some of which can be found, some of which take time to find. Sometimes the Estate has all the money in one account, sometimes it has money in many accounts, sometimes there are problems with tax, sometimes there are not.
The best way of finding out how much we charge is to ring our Dianne Sumner, tell her a little about the Estate and she will be able to tell you how much we will charge.
